On the Journey to Becoming My Best Self

What a week it’s been already! Over the past few days, I’ve tackled two back-to-back, long days of full-mouth cases, only to end with a late-night emergency patient. After all that, I ran home, did a load of laundry, packed in a flurry, and somehow managed to get a couple of hours of sleep before waking up at 2 a.m. to catch my flight. And here I am now, at Tony Robbins’ Date with Destiny!

This event is an opportunity to pause, reflect, and dive deep into becoming the best version of myself— who I am and who I want to become—not just as a business owner, but as a mom, wife, and leader in our community.

The timing, right in the heart of the holiday season, feels both challenging and purposeful. I’ll admit, it’s tough to step away from my family during such a special time of year. Like many of you, the holidays are a chance to connect, celebrate, and just be with the people I love most. But this experience isn’t about stepping away—it’s about stepping forward.

Every choice we make to grow comes with a sacrifice, but I know that what I’ll gain here will ultimately benefit the people I care about most: my kids, my family, my team, and all of you in this amazing community. Growth isn’t just about professional success—it’s about showing up more fully for the people I love most.

I’m so excited to bring the lessons I learn this week back with me, just in time to pour into the holidays and my loved ones. Growth is messy, exhilarating, and worth every bit of the effort; it happens in the daily choices we make to show up as the best version of ourselves.
