Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays, and a Heartfelt Thank You

Reflecting on a Year of Growth and Gratitude

As the year draws to a close, I want to take a moment to wish you a Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays, and everything in between.

Brian and I will be celebrating Christmas and our 15 year wedding anniversary in the happiest place on Earth with our boys, with our first trip to Club 33 thanks to an amazing patient! And if you haven’t watched my IG stories, Disneyland has been a theme for me this year as I gifted a trip to to my Smile & Co team!

This season is all about reflecting on the journey, celebrating the highs, learning from the lows, and preparing for the new chapters ahead.

For me, 2024 has been a year of incredible growth—both personally and professionally. Like many of you, I’ve experienced the rollercoaster of entrepreneurship. There have been moments of celebration, like welcoming new faces to our teams, watching our community grow, and hitting milestones that once felt like distant dreams. But there have also been moments of doubt, challenge, and outright exhaustion.

If there’s one thing this year has reminded me, it’s this: trust the process.

Entrepreneurship is messy and unpredictable. It’s easy to get caught up in the stress of what’s not going right or the pressure to do more. But every challenge this year has taught me something valuable—about resilience, patience, and the importance of leaning on the people around me.

Looking back, I’m so grateful for the opportunities to grow, for my family and team who support me every step of the way, and for this amazing community. You’ve been a constant source of inspiration and encouragement, and for that, I can’t thank you enough.

As we head into 2025, I’m carrying one lesson with me: the best things don’t happen overnight. They take time, consistency, and faith in the plan. So wherever you are on your journey, remember that every step, every lesson, and every challenge is shaping the path ahead.

And I truly appreciate you being a part of this community. Thank you for joining me on this journey with me, and for trusting me to be part of yours. From my family to yours, I’m wishing you a joyful holiday season and a new year filled with purpose, growth, and gratitude.

With love,

Ashley
