This week, I want to try something a little different with you. Each day, I’ll be sharing a quick “daily pearl”. Short, energizing, and hopefully exactly what you need so you have a spark of encouragement (and maybe a smile) to carry with you.

Let’s start the week with a moment of self-reflection and mindfulness. Beginning your week with a clear, calm mind can set a positive tone for everything that follows.

Take 5 minutes to check in with yourself. How are you feeling? How’s your energy? Setting an intention or practicing awareness at the start of your day can improve focus and mood.
